What therapy looks like
Our approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. Together, we can explore emotions, develop coping strategies, strengthen communication, and make space for what you need.
Support may include individual sessions, couples or family sessions, or support groups. We’ll explore what feels most helpful for your circumstances.
You don’t have to stay positive or have a plan to be supported here.
Space for every part of your experience
There is no one right way to feel.
Hope, grief, anger, envy, and uncertainty can exist alongside one another. Therapy offers room to talk honestly about the feelings that may be hard to share elsewhere.
Whether you’re beginning treatment, facing another disappointment, considering a different path, or stepping away, we’ll support you in making space for your needs and values.

Frequently Asked Questions
You’re welcome to reach out with questions about support and getting started.
Do I need to be in fertility treatment?
No. You can seek support at any point, whether you’re trying to conceive, exploring your options, undergoing treatment, taking a break, or deciding what comes next. You don’t need a diagnosis or a clear plan to begin therapy.
Can my partner join sessions?
Yes. Couples sessions can offer space to talk about the impact of fertility challenges on your relationship, understand different ways of coping, and work on communication. We can discuss whether individual sessions, couples sessions, or another form of support fits your needs.
Can therapy help after a loss?
Therapy can provide a place to talk about grief after reproductive loss, including feelings that may be difficult to share with others. You can explore your experience at your own pace, without pressure to move on or feel a particular way.
What if I’m unsure about continuing treatment?
You don’t need to make that decision before reaching out. Therapy offers space to consider your feelings, needs, values, and limits without being pushed toward a particular choice. Decisions about medical treatment remain between you and your medical team.
Are support groups available?
Elements offers an IVF / Infertility Support Group. Please contact us for current availability, upcoming dates, and information about joining. We can also discuss individual or couples support based on your needs.
You don’t have to carry this alone.
Compassionate support, wherever you are in the process.
